Juneteenth is the oldest known celebration commemorating the ending of slavery in the United States. Juneteenth celebrations almost always focus on education and self improvement, along with entertainment. On Saturday the traditions will continue at Battlefield Park for the 2cd Annual Juneteenth Celebration. Activities for the entire family include a talent show, exotic reptiles, and gospel performances.
