Meet Detrice Sumler, the first African American woman to own a nail salon in the City of Jackson. Mrs. Sumler always had dreams of opening her own nail salon and today her dreams came true. The JSU Nail Studio held its Grand Opening Ceremony today in front of an eager crowd. So go treat yourself to a mani/pedi and welcome Mrs. Sumler and her family to West Jackson!
