The Hinds County Sheriff’s Department will be hosting a safety expo for local businesses on Thursday. The safety expo will introduce businesses to new ideas and crime preventative measures to help reduce safety issues and enhance a stores presence. Through effective communication and visual aids, the Sheriff’s Department hopes to establish a strong partnership between law enforcement and local business owners.

The expo will feature lighting and security vendors, as well as other technologies that will help keep businesses safe.
