Summer Youth Employment Program, Apply Now
Mayor Chokwe Lumumba is looking to hire 300 youth for summer jobs through his “Summer Youth Employment Program.” All youth, ages 16-24, must complete an application by March 3, 2014. All applicants must provide proof of parent’s income, copy of birth certificate, copy of social security card, and a school ID, drivers license or Mississippi ID. Once the application is complete, turn it in to the Human and Cultural Services Department at the Jackson Metro Center Mall, Suite 101.
Interviews will be scheduled after the application is received.
