Alvin Harrion is a certified application counselor (CAC) working at Central MS Health Services, located in Washington Addition. He is assisting people with signing up for healthcare through the Affordable Care Act.

People have until March 31st to select an insurance plan which is now required for all Americans to have health insurance.

He helps people with the enrollment process and explains the insurance process to them. He has been able to successfully help people get insurance from $100 dollars a month all the way down to just $.38 cents a month.
