Hundreds of concerned citizens packed into the Johnny Champion Center on Hattiesburg Street to hear from candidates running for mayor. This event was organized by the West Central Jackson improvement Association (WCJIA). This neighborhood group meets every third Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. and they were able to arrange this mayoral forum in substitute for their regular meetings.

Ten of the Thirteen candidates were able to participate in the forum which included Margaret Barrett-Simon, John Horhn, Harvey Johnson, Jr., Chokwe Antar Lumumba, Melvin Priester, Jr., Regina Quinn, John Reed, Francis Smith, Jr., Albert Wilson and Tony Yarber.

We want to know who you would vote for based off last nights forum.
