The Annual Sweetness Run started as a fun run and has turned into a grand event to support the fight against obesity in the state of Mississippi. The JSU Recreation Complex strives to be the pinnacle of fitness and wellness in the Jackson Community through a variety of programs and services targeting JSU Students, Faculty/Staff and the Jackson Community.

The Sweetness Fest will take place Saturday, April 2, starting at 7:00 a.m.. The cost to participate is $35.00 dollars and all proceeds go towards paying for scholarships for children enrolling in Camp Tiger Tails for the summer.
