When the temperature rises and you want a cool place to take your kids, consider the Jackson Zoo. The splash pad recently opened and will be open for the rest of the summer. It features many animal themed attractions including a tiger slide, spitting fish, and an alligator.

The Jackson Zoo is open every day except Christmas. They are open from 9:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m.
