Over the past couple of years David Archie and his wife Niya Archie worked tirelessly to renovate a vacant building on HWY 80 and transform into Archie’s Fish and Chicken restaurant. During this process they put on a new roof, new windows, and a central cooling and heating system.

This past Thursday the City of Jackson held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly established restaurant.

Archie’s Fish and Chicken is located at 2439 HWY 80 and they serve grilled catfish, tilapia, and shrimp as well as fried fish and chicken. They specialize in Mississippi Farm Raised Catfish, southern fried chicken and homemade spaghetti.

Archie’s Fish & Chicken is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
