‘Faire De La Belle’ means, ‘To Make Beautiful’ in French and is the name of the new business located in One University Place. Faire De La Belle is a formal wear boutique that specializes in bridal dresses, pageant dresses, tuxedos, Bridesmaid, Flower Girls and all formal occasions.

Rita Tyner, executive manager, gave the vision for the family owned and operated business and they decided to locate their business in West Jackson because they recognized there was not a presence of formal wear in the heart of Jackson. They wanted to provide this elite service to Jackson clientele and give them a premium product.

All formal wear is custom fitted and they specialize in couture dresses. They carry many of the high end bridal designers such as Allure, Demetrios, Christina Woo, Justin Alexander, Rachel Allen, and Mary’s. Faire De La Belle also sell accessories to compliment the formal wear and they also have tuxedoes for rent and sale.

Rosalind Rawls, president and designer said, “Cliental should expect to get the full bridal experience when shopping here.” She said she wants to provide the same kind of customer service as what you see on the popular television show, “Say Yes to the Dress.”

Faire De La Belle is located at 1100 John R. Lynch Street, Suite 8 and they are open Monday through Friday’s from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday’s from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday’s are set aside for appointments only.

The grand opening ceremony for Faire De La Belle will be held July 19 at 10:00 a.m.
