Blackburn Middle School Invites Community to Breakfast

On Thursday, August 24, Blackburn Laboratory Middle School invited community partners to breakfast to seek their input. This breakfast was the first of many that seeks community insight in order to have a successful academic school year.

The meeting included a message from the principal of Blackburn, Dr. LaQuanta Nelson, breakout sessions, and a rousing cheer routine from the school’s cheerleaders.

The principal is seeking input from the community to help Blackburn become an “A” rated school.

The next meeting is scheduled for October 17 at 8:30 a.m.
