The City of Jackson is seeking submission of designs from public for the Unified Sinage Design Competion for Jackson, Mississippi. Design is needed for five sign types with indicating design specifications. Top designs may be selected as the design scheme for the City of Jackson.

To be considered, one (1) original submission with the electronic copy of the submission in PDF format on a Microsoft Window compatible CD or portable device must be received no later than 3:30 P.M. (CT), on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at the City Clerk’s Office, 219 S. President Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39201. Mailed submissions should be addressed to the Office of the City Clerk, P.O. Box 17, Jackson, MS 39204-0017.

Prizes
First, second, and third place cash prizes will be awarded and announced on May 21, 2018. The first place prize is $10,000 (sponsored by Downtown Jackson Partners), the second place prize is $7,500 (sponsored by Visit Jackson), and the third place prize is $5,000 (sponsored by Greater Jackson Arts Council).
