The Claiborne Park Walking Club is a free, no pressure, walk at your own pace group. They will meet at Claiborne Park at 6 pm. Wear your walking shoes, bring a friend, and everyone is welcome.
Brisk walks for 30 minutes a day can improve your overall health and cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure and maintain weight. Meet up with your friends, or make new ones as the Claiborne Park Walking Club walk together. Make exercise enjoyable by doing it with others.
