Hope Enterprise Publishes HBCU Economic Mobility Guide

Jackson State University and HOPE have partnered on a first-of-its-kind project to leverage the assets of the university and the local community to advance projects that foster economic mobility in low-income areas in the Deep South. The work is outlined in the new HBCU-CDFI Economic Mobility Strategy Guide.

The resulting HBCU-CDFI Economic Mobility Guide outlines key outcomes from the collaboration to address conditions associated with persistent and concentrated poverty in both rural and urban areas. The project’s findings will inform future efforts for HBCU-CDFI partnerships across the nation.

The link to the guide is below and will be added to the “plans and visioning” tab of this blog.
