Boys and Girls Clubs Serve Meals to Youth, Daily

On Monday, March 16, 2020, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi made the difficult decision to close all 4 Club locations.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi will provide hundreds of the area’s most vulnerable youth, ages (5-18) with a evening meal and snack.

They have transformed our after school food programs and Club sites into ‘Grab-N-Go’ community food service hubs. Our USDA trained staff have devoted the Clubs resources to providing drive-through food pickup for youth within our communities. They are also providing weekly educational and fun activities along with each child’s food bag.
