Please join Refill Café for a planning day to collect input and ideas from all interested stakeholders in order to best represent the desires, preferences and dreams of the Dr. Robert Smith Sr. Parkway/Capitol Street neighborhood, its citizens, its entities, and its leadership.

The intent is to facilitate, listen, and help build a guidance committee made of members of these interested parties which will take this project forward and create something remarkable. Refill Café envision a public space designed and built with quality and be useable by all.
