3rd Annual Greens Cook-Off, Photos

Last month, Blackburn Middle School and JSU’s Office of Community Engagement hosted its annual Greens Cook-Off event. The culminating event showcases the middle school students who have planted, watered, and harvested the collard greens in the JSU/Blackburn Learning Garden. This event allows them to see the fruits of the labor and showcases several teams in competition to cook the best pot of greens. Pictures from the awesome event can be found below.
