Student-Led Farmers Market, Friday, May 20

(Charles A. Smith/University Communications)

On Friday, May 20, JSU’s Office of Community Engagement and Blackburn Middle School students will host the 2nd Annual Student-Led Farmers Market. Students at Blackburn have worked diligently to plant, water and grow vegetables at the JSU/Blackburn Learning Garden located at 1311 W. Pearl Street. They will be selling bell peppers, squash, onions, greens, and a variety of other items.

We hope the community will come out and support our students and purchase some veggies. For more information, please email or call Khaliya Ervin at 601-979-2317 or khaliya.e.ervin@jsums.edu
