Cellular Network Center and CUBD Hold Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

cellular network ribbon cutting ceremony

The Center for University-Based Development (CUBD) created the University Business Association last year and works with local businesses to revitalize the West Jackson area through several projects.

Mr. R. Andrae Dobbey, owner and operator of our newest West Jackson business, Cellular Network Center, has joined the University Business Association (UBA). CUBD assisted his business with a ribbon cutting ceremony in June. Several customers, friends, and other business owners came out to celebrate the opening of the new business to our area.

Cellular Network Center is located at 1008 University Boulevard and provides an array of services and sells high quality phones and individual plans starting at $50.00 a month. In addition to providing cellular services, customers can also pay their mortgage, car notes, Entergy, Atmos, Comcast, Dish, AT&T, U verse, and ADT Alarm Systems bills. Customers can also make payments to the State of Mississippi and the Department of Corrections. Customers are pleased with the one-stop service.

Through the University Business Association, CUBD helps local businesses increase revenue while creating and maintaining an attractive place to shop, work, and live.

Cellular Network Center hours of operation
