On Saturday, Trustmark will host the 20th annual Ice Cream Safari at the Jackson Zoo from 10:00 am-1:00 pm! This event is one of the Zoo’s biggest fundraisers and they will have 20 celebrity scoopers and 20 animal-“tastic” flavors presented by Blue Bell Ice Creameries. So come out and enjoy all the ice cream you can eat along with all the wonderful zoo animals.

Ticket Cost: $12.25 (adults); $9.75 (children ages 2-12); $3.00 (members)

Another way to support our local Zoo is by purchasing an exclusive Jackson Zoo car tag. These tags just went on sale and only cost $31 dollars (in addition to the regular fee). 90% of the proceeds go directly to the Zoo.

This is a picture of what the tag will look like. It is great that the Jackson Zoo picked a Tiger for the picture on the car tag, because everyone knows this is Tiger Country!
