10th Annual Born 2 Win Conference to Inspire and Empower Youth in Jackson, Mississippi
For the first time in the 9 year history of the Born 2 Win Conference, it will take place outside of Chicago, IL.
Jackson, MS has been selected to host the 10 Annual highly anticipated Born 2 Win Conference, set to take
place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, 10AM at the JSU Rose E. McCoy Auditorium and Walter Payton Center.
Bringing together hundreds of young men, mentors, athletes, and leaders for a transformative day of inspiration,
empowerment, and opportunity.Headlining this year’s conference is world-renowned motivational speaker Dr. Eric Thomas, also known as “ET
the Hip Hop Preacher.” As the keynote speaker, Thomas will deliver a powerful message centered on resilience,
discipline, and unlocking one’s full potential an experience expected to leave a lasting impact on all attendees.
The conference will also feature a dynamic basketball showcase, providing student-athletes with an opportunity
to display their talent, compete at a high level, and gain exposure in front of coaches, mentors, and peers. This
component of the event highlights the conference’s commitment to blending athletics with personal
development, emphasizing both skill and character.
In addition, student-athletes from Jackson State University will be in attendance, engaging with participants and
receiving a powerful motivational session from entrepreneur and speaker Jemal King, widely known as “The 9
to 5 Millionaire.” King’s message will focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and creating pathways to generational success beyond traditional career limitations.
The Born 2 Win Conference continues to serve as a vital platform for young men particularly those from
underserved communities by providing access to mentorship, life skills development, and exposure to successful
